DAY 2

  • Tamari almonds for mid morning snack
  • Spinach & pepper peppers & chicken for lunch
  • Raw veggies and spinach for afternoon snack
  • Sauteed spinach, peppers, mushrooms and turkey lettuce for dinner
  • A cheese stick for snack

DAY 3

Breakfast: peanut butter protein smoothie

Snack: 3 boiled egg whites

Lunch: cucumber, tomatoes, sweet peppers and green salad with a bit of extra-virgin olive oil and vinegar, oliveoil and Turkey lettuce cups leftovers

Afternoon snack: frittata with feta cheese

Dinner: light veggie soup and grilled chicken with fresh herbs

Snack: Vanilla chia pudding (no sugar or dairy)

Day 4

Lunch: cilantro grilled chicken salad

Snack: raw vegetables in a spicy Mediterranean feta dip

Lunch: cucumber, tomatoes, sweet peppers and green salad with a bit of extra-virgin olive oil and vinegar, oliveoil and a bowl of soup

Afternoonsnack: a salad with cucumber, tomatoes, green salad and feta cheese

Dinner: cheesy bread sticks

Snack: Vanilla chia pudding (no sugar or dairy)

Day 6

Breakfast: egg muffin without crust

Snack: raw vegetables in a spicy Mediterranean feta dip

Lunch: cheesy bread sticks

Afternoon snack: spicy Mediterranean feta dip with raw vegetables

Snack: chicken drumsticks with lemon and garlic and zucchini noodles

Dinner: 3 boiled egg whites

Day 7

Breakfast: mushrooms, sautéed spinach and scrambled eggs

Snack: ½ a cup of cottage cheese

Lunch: zucchini noodles and light veggie soup

Afternoonsnack: Tamari almonds

Snack: leftover green bean salad and chicken drumsticks

Dinner: vanilla chia pudding (no sugar and dairy)
